Gene Jamieson

Gene Jamieson is a business consultant and people developer with a passion for people change management and diversity and inclusion. 

Gene’s career includes international post-secondary educator in Canada and Europe, leadership of a boutique consulting firm dedicated to inclusion in Canada and a twenty year career in financial services and human resources.

His current work focuses on enabling individuals in gaining the knowledge, experience and confidence needed to achieve the personal and professional goals in their lives. He does this by;

• consulting with corporations to enable talent by building and implementing people, culture and change strategies for their organizations,
• facilitating professional development sessions to fill personal/professional development gaps, and
• offering one-on-one leadership coaching to individuals to hone their leadership skills.

Gene is an experienced public speaker who advocates for inclusion in all forms and encourages his audiences to think outside the box. He is known for his entertaining presentation style, positive personality, and the ability to hold space for people through a non-judgmental, passionately neutral approach.
