We know that Human Resources is different when working within the Indigenous community, and that’s why we designed Indigenous Human Resources 101.

This three-day hands-on workshop goes through the practice of human resources with an Indigenous lens applied all along the way.  From indigenizing your human resources policy to applying a traditional lens to your employee health & wellness practices, this course is intended to support your Indigenous organization gain the knowledge to create a positive organizational culture and environment for all employees while crossing all your T-s and dotting all your I-s.
