We look at leadership development a bit differently at Turtle Clan - we believe that you are already a leader and each of us is on a different leadership journey - you just might need some support and new ideas to refine your leadership skills to build great teams and organizations.
The Turtle Clan Leadership Development Program is one where you are in the driver’s seat. Through a series of interactive sessions, knowledge is shared amongst participants and underpinned with leadership theories and philosophies. The core principle of our leadership development program is that everyone has knowledge and when we put our collective knowledge on the table, you can take what you need.

On completion of the Leadership Development Program, our learning associates host targeted leadership webinars for your team to continue to keep the learning alive.
Leadership Coaching
Sometimes you need some more direct one-on-one support for your leadership journey. Our trained coaches will support you with closing any personal leadership gaps you might identify.
